Relationship Manager

We’re a Singapore-based boutique equities fund, 3+ years old, focused on high-conviction, long-biased value investing in developed markets. We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to help scale our AUM.

What you’ll do:

• Leverage your network of HNW individuals, family offices, and investors

• Drive capital into a high-conviction, long-biased value fund

• Work directly with the founding team in an autonomous, flexible role

• Benefit from a performance-aligned compensation structure

Who we’re looking for:

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and well-networked

• Comfortable operating in a lean, high-accountability environment

• Able to demonstrate tangible fundraising or capital introduction outcomes

• Singapore-based

Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-linked revenue share tied to capital raised, designed to scale with the fund’s growth.
